Issue contract and ship publication manuals to service centers per approval of customer support management.

Responsible for monitoring inventory levels of technical publications for customer purchases, in-house requests, maintaining inventory for both new and used aircraft deliveries. Responsible for the distributing appropriate quantities of publications for in-house requirements including field reps, AHI Mississippi associates, Turbomeca associates, Thales representatives and various government agencies.
